This final boss is unlocked by clearing out ALL of the Moja Bunyo (black clouds) from ALL the levels INCLUDING levels unlocked from map pieces.

Unlock Perculoka 2:
Collect ALL 3 Bumpy maps.

Unlock Kelpaton 2:
Collect ALL 3 Soggy maps.

Unlock BuiBui Fort 3:
Collect ALL 3 Smudged maps.

Unlock JaoJab 3:
Collect ALL 3 Coarse maps.
